RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS APPLY.
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.

Normal handling of the product is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

The product was found defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above, you must follow the steps below to begin the return process:

Make sure the email contains the following:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of damage
Customer’s first and last name
Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender address; we will send you the correct return address once requested.
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.
The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activity.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, meaning refunds before receiving the goods are not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform www.theproductscollective.com by means of a clear statement sent to info@theproductscollective.com regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The withdrawal is completed once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Registration for shipments in transit
If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you may inform us in advance about your cancellation.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new order separately.
Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first before opening a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving problems fairly and quickly.
